At PRINT MY PET.UK, all products are custom-made and fulfilled through our trusted print partner, Gelato. Every order is produced specifically for you once your purchase has been confirmed.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
  • During peak periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • As all items are made to order, orders cannot always be modified or cancelled once production has begun.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered:

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

Europe

  • Standard Delivery: 3–8 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Product type and size
  • Order quantity

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number (where available)
  • Carrier information
  • A link to track your shipment

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by your local customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delayed Deliveries

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Customs processing
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

PRINT MY PET.UK cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is supplied and the order has already entered production or been dispatched, PRINT MY PET.UK may not be able to offer a refund or replacement. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, items may be produced at different facilities and delivered separately. In such cases, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
